Yes that's Rain the korean hunk on the Colbert Report! Rain is only like one of my favorite actors who is in like ALL the dramas I watch keke. I can't believe its on american TV :p

The youtube video is no longer there... but I just saw it on comedy central's website. It's hilarious! I don't think they have it on cable here...
they keep deleting it! so annoying. rain dances really well for someone so tall heheh
